Restore permanent ad removal
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, then open Settings → General → Restore Purchases. An internet connection may be needed to restore. After the purchase is verified, the purchase button disappears and new advertisements are disabled. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
If a purchase is pending, wait for Apple to approve it. If the purchase cannot be restored, contact support with the error message. For billing or refund requests, use Apple's purchase support.
Report an advertisement
Do not click an advertisement just to report it. If safe to do so, take a screenshot and note the approximate time, advertised product, and any visible ad information or reporting option. Send those details to support. Avoid including personal information visible on other apps or notifications.
Privacy
Where required, Settings → General → Privacy Choices lets you review advertising privacy choices. Read our Privacy Policy for details and privacy requests.
Gameplay problems
Describe which screen or match you were in and whether you returned from a purchase, advertisement or another app. Please contact us before reinstalling if you need help preserving local settings or match information.
